As a Linux Developer at Zoho, you will work across one or more of the following domains based on your skill set and experience:
- Linux Device Driver Development & Hardware Enablement
- Linux System Security & Hardening
- Kernel CI/CD and Automated Testing Pipelines
🔹 Job Responsibilities
🧩 Linux Driver Engineering
- Design, develop, and optimize Linux device drivers
- Work closely with hardware teams for kernel-level implementation
- Debug, test, and improve driver performance and stability
- Stay updated with upstream Linux kernel developments
🔐 Linux System Security
- Analyze Linux architecture (kernel, libraries, user space)
- Implement secure authentication and security frameworks
- Contribute to system hardening and endpoint security
⚙️ Kernel CI/CD & Test Automation
- Develop and maintain kernel testing frameworks
- Automate CI/CD pipelines for kernel validation
- Analyze test results for performance and stability
🔹 Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: 2–8 years in Linux development
- Strong understanding of Linux kernel internals
- Experience in device drivers, kernel debugging, or system security
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Ability to work on low-level system programming
