🧑💼 Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate in the Customer Services NA team, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers and support end-to-end order management activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to customer queries via email, chat, fax, and phone
- Handling orders, returns, shipments, and product-related inquiries
- Entering and managing customer orders accurately in the system
- Informing customers about shipment delays or additional requirements
- Modifying or cancelling orders and backorders as required
