Key Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk Associate – ITIL, your responsibilities include:

  • Live dashboard monitoring, reporting, and workflow allocation
  • Performing quality analysis on agreed service delivery aspects
  • Conducting trend analysis and in-depth reporting on IT service performance
  • Preparing Management Information (MI) presentations
  • Acting as a coach and escalation point for junior team members
  • Providing technical guidance in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving IT issues
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments
  • Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of system-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational & Technical Skills

  • University education (technical degree preferred)
  • Microsoft certifications (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Local & Hybrid environments)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in Hybrid (Office & Remote) IT support is an added advantage

Professional Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Good reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluency in English

Work & Shift Details

  • Work Location: Office-based (Coimbatore)
