Minimum 1 year experience in Charge Entry & DEMO entry
DEMO entry knowledge is mandatory
Knowledge of E&M CPT Codes (99202 – 99215)
Strong understanding of modifiers: 25, XU, 59, RT, LT
Knowledge of Place of Service (POS) and Medical Record Review
General medical billing knowledge
Experience in Workers Compensation
Insurance eligibility checking knowledge
Basic knowledge of ICD-10 codes
Requirements – AR Analyst (Non-Voice Day Shift)
Novigo is looking for experienced AR Analyst / Denial Management Executives with strong physician billing exposure.
Key Responsibilities
AR follow-up on unpaid medical claims with US insurance companies
Analyze and resolve denied claims
Handle at least 5 common denial codes independently
Work on HCFA-1500 claim forms
Submit claim appeals and use payer portals
Strong understanding of CPT codes, E&M coding, and modifiers
Knowledge of HMO / PPO insurance plans
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year AR follow-up / denial management experience
Strong denial analysis and resolution workflow knowledge
Experience in Physician Billing only
Knowledge of appeals, payer portals, and general medical billing
Good verbal and written communication skills
