Roles & Responsibilities
Engage and assist walk-in customers to explain EMI schemes and eligibility
Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications
Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement and conversions
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and KYC norms
Collect and verify customer documents (ID proof, income proof, invoices)
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
Eligibility & Skills
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
0–3 years in Consumer Finance, NBFC, Banking, or Retail Sales preferred
Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome
CIBIL Score: Mandatory – Minimum 700
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
