Job Overview – Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in managing student accommodation bookings, coordinating with property managers, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for students.
This role involves outbound sales activities, lead management, and continuous communication with customers through CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound sales activities for student accommodation bookings
- Act as a bridge between students and property management teams
- Build strong rapport with assigned student leads
- Maintain healthy conversion rates
- Handle end-to-end booking operations
- Communicate regularly via WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively to achieve quarterly and yearly growth targets
- Perform effectively under pressure and meet assigned targets
Skills Required
