Key Responsibilities

🎯 Creator Management & Coordination

• Manage and support a network of regional creators
• Act as the primary point of contact for creators
• Onboard and groom new creators
• Build strong, long-term working relationships

🎬 Content Quality & Creative Support

• Brainstorm content ideas with creators
• Review scripts and videos for clarity, flow, and storytelling
• Perform quality checks (QC) for language and platform standards
• Maintain consistency across all published content

📊 Content Operations & Engagement

• Handle end-to-end content tracking and approvals
• Plan and publish daily notifications
• Optimize notification copy to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate)
• Ensure smooth daily publishing workflows

Eligibility & Requirements

• Fresher or 0–2 years experience
• Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in:
  • Telugu or
  • Tamil or
  • Kannada
• Basic understanding of:
  • Content hooks
  • Video flow
  • Audience retention
• Comfortable working with creators
• Energetic, proactive, and ownership-driven
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, or MS Office (or willingness to learn)
