In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of parcel data across DHL’s core logistics systems. Your work will directly help prevent misrouting, billing errors, and duplicate shipments, contributing to smooth end-to-end shipment visibility and compliance.
This position plays a critical back-office role supporting DHL’s global logistics operations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Shipment Analysis & Quality Control
- Review and analyze parcel delivery scans to identify duplicate shipments
- Detect billing discrepancies by examining scan-level data
- Differentiate between billable and non-billable shipments
- Identify patterns and trends in shipment data as processes evolve
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Apply analytical thinking to resolve routing and billing issues
- Collaborate with team members for consistent decision-making
- Communicate proactively when clarification is required
- Interact with cross-functional teams (via email – ~10% of time)
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle shipment billing queries with professionalism
- Clearly explain billing decisions to internal stakeholders
