📌 About Tata Steel AEP 2026

The Aspiring Engineer Programme (AEP) is designed to nurture young engineering talent through a 1-year structured training program. Successful candidates will be trained across Operations, Mining, Maintenance, and Engineering & Projects, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role upon completion.

🎓 Educational Qualification (Eligibility)

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Full-time B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering)
  • Pass-outs of 2025 or Final-year students (2026 batch)
  • Disciplines eligible:
    • Ceramic
    • Chemical
    • Civil
    • Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / IEM
    • Mechanical
    • Metallurgy
    • Mineral
    • Mining
  • Diploma holders who joined 2nd year of Engineering (lateral entry) are eligible
  • Must be from AICTE / UGC approved full-time campus programs

🔹 Preference will be given to candidates domiciled in Jharkhand, Punjab, Maharashtra, and Odisha

💼 Programme Benefits & Emoluments

  • Monthly Stipend: ₹30,000 during 1-year training
  • Medical Coverage:
    • Hospitalization up to ₹2,50,000 per annum
    • OPD coverage up to ₹6,000 per annum (self only)
  • Post-Training CTC: ₹7.4 LPA + additional benefits (as per company policy)*

  3. Interview (Virtual or In-Person)
