Job Description – International Non-Voice Process
Sutherland is hiring candidates for International Non-Voice (Email Support) roles. Selected candidates will handle customer queries through email and online support channels for international clients.
This role is suitable for candidates who prefer non-voice support, structured workflows, and night-shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries through email
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
Maintain proper documentation and case updates
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure quality and turnaround time adherence
Coordinate with internal teams when required
