Job Description – Support Analyst
As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical and application support to end users. The role involves handling IT incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution.
This position is suitable for candidates interested in IT support, helpdesk operations, and customer service roles.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist end users with application-related issues
- Handle system administration and basic network concerns
- Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents
- Support users via telephone, chat, email, and walk-ins
- Log and document incidents accurately in the incident management tool
- Escalate high-priority tickets when required
- Take ownership of issues until resolution
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Adhere to IT service management processes and SLAs
