Key Responsibilities

As part of IBM Consulting Delivery Centers, selected candidates will:

• Work on enterprise applications using Java/JEE technology stack
• Design, develop, and support business applications
• Implement transaction management and enterprise system integrations
• Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
• Utilize DevOps tools and methodologies
• Contribute to innovation and client impact across industries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education

• BE / BTech – Computer Science & IT related branches
  (CSE, AIML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.)
• Minimum 6 CGPA / 60%
• Only 2024 & 2025 pass-outs
• Degree must be completed before joining IBM
• No active backlogs

Required Skills

• Programming knowledge in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Fluent communication skills (written & spoken English)
• Flexibility to work from any IBM location in India
