📝 Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for Amazon customers
- Handle customer queries via Phone, Chat, and Email
- Assist with order issues, payments, product queries, and website navigation
- Use multiple tools to research and resolve issues
- Provide friendly and professional customer support
You won’t be asked to read from a script — instead, Amazon provides training to help you problem-solve effectively.
⏰ Work Schedule
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts (Day / Late / Overnight)
- May include weekends and national holidays
- Exact schedule shared before joining
🎯 Basic Qualifications
