As a Temporary Operator, your daily duties will include:
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Working in Assembly Shop & Coil Shop as per schedule
- Performing product assembly and basic machine operations
- Operating:
- Winding Machine
- Spot Welding Machine
- Molding Machine
- Automatic Testing Equipment
- Following quality standards strictly
- Participating in Kaizen & continuous improvement activities
- Rotating responsibilities based on operational needs
🎯 Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Basic experience in assembly & testing equipment operation
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Good productivity and goal alignment
- Basic knowledge of systems and technology
💪 Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 3 kilograms
- Must be able to distinguish colors
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
