As a Personal Banker, your role will include:
🔹 Account Acquisition
- Acquire new Savings & Current Accounts
- Source salary accounts from corporates
- Activate newly opened accounts
🔹 Portfolio & Product Cross-Selling
- Increase wallet share through:
- Insurance
- SIP & Mutual Funds
- Mortgages
- Other banking products
- Maintain minimum balance & UPI linkage
🔹 Relationship Management
- Participate in corporate induction events
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Leverage SME connections for new leads
🔹 Lead Generation
- Conduct micro-marketing activities
- Generate leads within branch catchment area
- Build strong local market network

✔ Graduation / Post Graduation

- IRDA Certification (Preferred)
