💼 Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Global Investment Research (GIR) distribution function.
🔹 Research Distribution & Operations
- Ensure timely and compliant distribution of research to clients
- Streamline research dissemination using automation tools
- Maintain high quality control standards
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Research Analysts, Sales Teams, IT Product Owners
- Coordinate with external vendors
- Resolve access and technical issues
🔹 Compliance & Risk Governance
- Align processes with internal controls & regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II)
- Manage audit points and regulatory implementations
- Conduct annual access reviews
🔹 Technical & Platform Support
- Oversee support queues (access issues, file transfer errors)
- Provide first-line technical support
- Escalate complex cases to L2 support teams
🔹 Reporting & Business Projects
- Lead research distribution projects
- Prepare qualitative & quantitative distribution metrics
- Produce management information reports
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
✔ Experience in research distribution, content management, or business intelligence
✔ Knowledge of digital distribution platforms
✔ Familiarity with financial services compliance
✔ Understanding of workflow tools
