๐ŸŽฏ Role Overview: Customer Support & Onboarding Trainee

In this role, you will be the bridge between technology and users. You will guide vendors and customers through the digital logistics journey, ensuring they adopt and thrive using the SuperProcure platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Lead customers and vendors through product setup via phone and email.
  • Adoption: Proactively follow up to ensure high system engagement and account health.
  • Technical Support: Promptly resolve user queries and collaborate with Tech/Product teams for escalations.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions using internal CRM tools.

๐ŸŽ“ Eligibility & Requirements

SuperProcure is looking for energetic candidates who are ready to take ownership of their work.

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 6 to 24 months in customer support, operations, or training.
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi.
  • Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Shift: Must be comfortable with Night Shifts (Post 6 PM IST) and rotational Sunday working.
