📋 Job Overview: Client Onboarding Rep

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the requests related to system setup, account opening, and documentation for Citi’s institutional clients. You will act as the bridge between the bank and its clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Setup: Process client requests for account opening, updates, and documentation.
  • Documentation: Verify and authorize data entered into the system with high accuracy.
