📋 Job Overview: Accounts Apprentice
As an Accounts Apprentice, you will work closely with the finance team to manage supplier invoices and payments. This is a learning-heavy role where you will be mentored on financial compliance and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Assist in matching purchase orders (PO) with invoices and ensuring compliance.
- Problem Solving: Resolve invoice discrepancies and handle supplier queries professionally.
- Payment Cycles: Support the team in preparing weekly payment runs.
- Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records and assist in basic financial reporting.
- Software Learning: Get trained on global ERP systems like SAP and Ariba.
- Collaboration: Work with procurement and supplier onboarding teams to ensure smooth operations.
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
Trellix is looking for fresh talent with a strong foundational knowledge of accounting.
- Education: Graduate or above in Accounts (B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance).
- Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Location: Bangalore, India (Full-time).
- Skills Needed: * Strong interest in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
