📋 Job Overview: BDE (FOS)
The Business Development Executive is responsible for NTB (New-to-Bank) acquisitions, helping the bank grow its customer base through various financial products.
Key Details:
- Role: Business Development Executive (FOS)
- Locations: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Kerala, Delhi, and Kolkata.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
- Salary: Approx. ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + High Performance Incentives.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Banking Sales (CASA, Insurance, etc.) is preferred, but passionate freshers may also be considered.
- Age Limit: Maximum 32 Years.
- Language: Must be fluent in English and the Local Regional Language of the posting area.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively for field sales.

- Acquisition: Focus on New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisition of Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA).
- Cross-Selling: Promote and sell Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Mutual Funds (MF), and other investment products.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of local markets to identify potential business opportunities.
- Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve queries promptly.
