Based on your interview performance and experience, shortlisted candidates will be placed in one of these three key career paths:
Client Account Manager: Become the long-term partner for our global clients.

✅ Job Requirements (Must Have)
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 0-6 years in Technical or Customer Support (SaaS experience is a huge plus!).
Shift: Must be willing to work in Night Shifts (supporting international clients).
Skills: Excellent documentation, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to explain technical ideas simply.
Flexibility: Willingness to work from the Chennai office for one week, twice a year.

Since this is a hybrid/remote-heavy role, you must have:
Workspace: A private, quiet room suitable for professional calls.
Internet: High-speed connection (Above 100 Mbps Upload/Download) via LAN.
Equipment: A working power backup and readiness for video calls at all times.
