What Will You Do?
As an International Support Associate, you will be assisting global customers via email. Your responsibilities include:
- Email Correspondence: Resolving customer queries with high accuracy and professional grammar.
- Problem Solving: Identifying customer pain points and providing “First Time Right” solutions.
- SLA Adherence: Meeting response time targets for international clients.
- Global Standards: Maintaining the high service quality standards that Sutherland is known for.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass / 3-year Diploma / Any Graduate (Must have NO backlogs).
- Communication: Excellent Verbal and Written English is mandatory.
- Location: Must reside within a 25KM radius of Perungalathur, Chennai.
- Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner.
