Job Highlights & Salary

• Role: Executive / Sr. Executive (International Voice)
• Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers with excellent English are welcome!)
• Salary: ₹2.75 LPA – ₹3.75 LPA (Based on skills & experience)
• Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai (OMR)
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Work Schedule: 5 Days Work (Fixed Sat/Sun Off)

What Will You Do?

As an International Voice Executive, you will handle inbound inquiries from global clients. Your core duties include:

• Global Interaction: Managing customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Problem Solving: Using logical reasoning to resolve complex customer issues on the first call.
• Process Excellence: Maintaining high standards of grammar, sentence construction, and pronunciation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate (Degree is mandatory).
• Skills: Excellent verbal English (Fluency, Grammar, and Pronunciation are key).
• Experience: Previous experience in Inbound International Voice processes is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
