What is the Role at Infosys BPM?

As an International Voice Support Professional, you will be the face of global client operations. Your core mission is to provide outstanding query resolution through professional communication and technical empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Client Engagement: Interact with international customers to resolve complex service queries.
  • Professional Communication: Build rapport using active listening, empathy, and structured call flows.
  • Process Excellence: Navigate internal workflows and CRM tools to deliver first-call resolutions.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Maintain the highest standards of integrity and data security.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education is mandatory).
  • Communication: Must speak, read, and write fluent English with excellent pronunciation.
  • Experience: Prior experience in International Voice/Contact Centers is a major plus.
  • Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts and a 100% On-site environment.
