Job Overview: International Voice Process

  • Locations: Bangalore & Pune
  • Experience: 0 – 5 Years (Freshers are encouraged to apply!)
  • Qualification: Full-time Graduates (Any discipline)
  • Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office – 5 Days a week)
  • Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

What the Role Involves

As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle international clients and ensure a premium service experience. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Customer Interaction: Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve product or service queries.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying technical or service-related issues and providing accurate solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Performance: Meeting key metrics like call quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
