Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
HCLTech is looking for enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills.
Eligible Candidates:
- Passouts: 2025 and 2026 Batch.
- Degrees: Any Arts, Science, or Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate (B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, M.A, etc.).
- Special Note: Candidates with active backlogs are also eligible to apply!
Non-Eligible Candidates:
- ❌ B.E / B.Tech / Engineering Graduates.
- ❌ M.Sc CS / IT and MCA Graduates.
Desired Skills & Profile
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong ability to interact and solve customer queries.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in UK Shifts and Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts).
- Nature of Work: Handling both Inbound and Outbound banking-related calls.
