Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
This is a Field Sales role where you will be the face of the bank for new customers:
- Product Promotion: Sell financial products like Personal Loans, Home Loans, Auto Loans, and Credit Cards.
- Lead Generation: Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and digital leads.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- End-to-End Support: Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and KYC compliance until loan disbursement.
- Relationship Management: Build strong ties with customers for repeat business and referrals.

- Education: Any Graduate (Technical or Non-Technical).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
