Key Responsibilities
As a Process Associate, your daily tasks will contribute significantly to HCLTech’s operational efficiency:
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries via email or chat.
Data Management: Accurately enter and manage data across multiple internal systems and databases.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide actionable solutions.
O2C Operations: Support the “Order-to-Cash” domain to ensure seamless customer transactions.
Eligibility Criteria
HCLTech is looking for candidates with a strong foundation in communication and a professional mindset:
Educational Background: Must be a graduate in Arts, Science, or Management streams.
⚠️ Important Note: Engineering graduates (B.E/B.Tech) and MCA candidates are NOT eligible for this specific Process Associate drive.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including US/Night shifts).
