Your Role as an Operations Intern
This isn’t your typical administrative job. You will be the “bridge” between the client and the internal execution team. Your main goal is to ensure that workload flows smoothly through the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portal Management: Monitor client portals and self-assignment pools to identify and claim new requests promptly.
- Workflow Optimization: Use specialized browser extensions and 2FA tools to ensure workflow compliance and task security.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate updates in real-time using Slack and Microsoft Office tools.
- Monitoring & Escallation: Stay alert to identify new tasks and escalate any technical issues that could delay the team.
