Roles and Responsibilities
As an intern at HCLTech, you will be part of the talent acquisition and candidate management ecosystem. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Candidate Counseling: Calling candidates from the database to counsel them and their parents regarding career opportunities.
Recruitment Support: Scheduling assessments and interviews, including Versant proctoring and interview processing.
Data Management: Updating the system with candidate eligibility, interests, and exam delivery status.
Onboarding Coordination: Following up with candidates for document submission and informing them about onboarding schedules.
Events & Webinars: Conducting counseling sessions, webinars, and participating in government-organized events.
Reporting: Ensuring all data is accurately captured in the system and submitting timely reports to reporting managers.
