  • Omnichannel Support: Assist customers via Voice, Email, and Chat.
  • Flight Logistics: Handle queries related to international and domestic travel processes.
  • Problem Resolution: Clarify customer requirements and provide first-contact resolutions for travel issues.
  • Geography Expertise: Use your knowledge of the world map and geography to guide customers through their travel itineraries.
