Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do
As a Technical Support Engineer at Zoho, you will be the voice of the company for millions of users worldwide.
- Customer Interaction: Provide high-quality voice-based support (Inbound & Outbound) to international and domestic customers.

- Collaboration: Engage with the core technical team to resolve complex issues and work with the content team to improve “Help” modules.
