Job Role & Responsibilities

As an AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller, you will represent healthcare providers in interactions with international insurance companies.

  • Insurance Follow-up: Call insurance companies in the US to track the status of pending medical claims.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify why claims are denied or delayed and work to resolve billing errors.
  • Communication: Maintain professional English verbal communication with international clients.
  • Documentation: Keep precise records of claim statuses and updates in the system.
  • Shift Work: Consistently work the US night shift to align with international business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate (Note: MBA and Life Science graduates are NOT eligible for this drive).
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged).
  • Skills: Strong English speaking and listening skills are mandatory.
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
