Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Non-Voice Executive, you will be responsible for resolving global customer queries through digital channels.
Digital Support: Handle customer inquiries professionally via real-time chat and email.
Communication: Maintain high standards of written English, including proper grammar and professional tone.
Resolution: Solve technical or service-related issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Flexibility: Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (9-hour shifts).
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate (UG or PG).
Experience: * Freshers with excellent written English are welcome.
Candidates with 6+ months of experience in international Email/Chat are highly preferred.
Skills: Strong English communication skills (written) are mandatory.
Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
