Key Responsibilities

As the “Voice of the Brand,” you will handle interactions with global clients:

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Managing communication with international customers to resolve product or service queries.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying customer concerns and providing actionable solutions.
  • Documentation: Accurately logging all customer interactions into CRM tools.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintaining high scores in call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Education: Full-time Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills are required to handle international clients.
  • Experience: 0–5 years. While freshers can apply, prior experience in a BPO or international voice process is a major advantage.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
  • Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment (Night shifts are common).
