Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming customer queries via both calls and chat messages.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, tracking, returns, and refund-related issues.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide basic support and troubleshooting for electronic gadgets such as AirPods, Bluetooth speakers, and smartwatches.
