Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve product or service-related queries, troubleshoot technical or transactional issues, and manage complaints professionally.
  • Data Logging: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and escalations in the CRM system according to process guidelines.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed targets for call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with internal technical or backend teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation Mandatory: Must be a full-time graduate in any discipline.

Core Requirements & Skills:

  • International Client Handling: Experience or deep familiarity with handling international clients is a mandatory requirement.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with neutral pronunciation.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Aptitude: Strong multitasking abilities, quick problem-solving skills, and the capacity to handle high-pressure customer scenarios with empathy.
