Key Responsibilities
First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial interface for global end-users reporting IT-related hardware and software issues.
Ticket Management: Log, track, accurately document, and resolve service desk tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems to minimize user downtime.
Escalation: Collaborate with internal advanced IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical scenarios.
Knowledge Sharing: Help build and maintain knowledge base articles to facilitate quicker future resolutions.
Ineligible: Students currently enrolled in full-time postgraduate (PG) courses are not eligible.
Academic Record: Minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA in Class X, XII, Diploma, and Graduation. Rounding off from 49.9% is strictly not allowed.
Arrears: Candidates must have NO standing arrears at the time of application and joining.
General Requirements:
Open exclusively to Indian Nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) currently residing in India.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Absolute flexibility to work from any Cognizant office, shift timing, or assigned technology.
