- Shift Type: Rotational shifts (Includes both day and night shifts).
Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks
As a Customer Support Associate, you will blend human expertise with advanced technology to deliver exceptional B2B customer experiences. Your daily tasks will include:
- Omnichannel Support: Serving as the primary point of contact for global business-to-business (B2B) customers via Email, Chat, or Voice.
- SLA Management: Resolving queries in a timely, precise, and professional manner while maintaining strict service-level agreements.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Taking full ownership of client interactions with an empathetic, positive approach to protect and elevate the brand image.
- Data Logging: Accurately updating and maintaining customer interaction records and call documentation in the system database.
- Performance Metrics: Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality assurance scores, productivity targets, and first-contact resolutions (FCR).
