Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks

As a Customer Support Executive handling global accounts, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Client Communication: Effectively handling inbound and outbound voice calls for international customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolving complex customer queries with high accuracy and delivering a top-tier service experience in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining an exceptionally high standard of professionalism, empathy, and cultural adaptability during client interactions.
  • Data Documentation: Consistently capturing, updating, and documenting client records within internal CRM platforms as per standard operational guidelines.
  • Performance Excellence: Meeting daily performance indicators across quality metrics, processing speed, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Skills & Additional Requirements
