Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks
As a Customer Support Specialist at Apna, you will act as a frontline representative assisting employers who utilize the platform to hire talent. Your daily operations will include:
- Employer Assistance: Interacting directly with employers via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve system queries and optimize their hiring experience.
- Query Resolution: Handling critical employer inquiries related to job posting processes, account reactivation, and user churn management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating closely with internal core departments—including Product, Sales, Marketing, and IT—to smoothly escalate and resolve complex technical or account issues.
- Digital Tool Management: Gaining hands-on professional exposure to advanced CRM applications, live chat software, and ticketing systems.
Must-Have Requirements & Qualifications
To be eligible for this remote hiring drive, candidates must fulfill the following benchmarks:
- Education: Must be a graduate in any stream or discipline.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
