Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Associate, your daily routine will involve making sure every guest’s stay begins and ends seamlessly:
Guest Management: Greet guests warmly and manage hassle-free check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and reservations.
Compliance & Records: Verify guest IDs, follow necessary KYC procedures, and accurately maintain front desk logs and guest records.
Financial Entries: Manage billing entries, payments, and simple day-to-day transaction records.
Team Coordination: Actively coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Issue Resolution: Address phone calls and in-person queries promptly, escalating concerns when necessary to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
1. Education
Candidates with a Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fields are preferred. However, anyone with the right skill set and strong motivation is welcome to apply.
2. Experience
Freshers are fully eligible! The role is open to anyone with 0 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, reception, or customer-facing environments.
3. Core Skills Required
Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal communication skills.
