As part of the Growth Team, your core focus will be to onboard, train, and support these collegiate entrepreneurs to help them scale their campus businesses successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Trainee Support: Communicate daily with Campus Manager trainees via email, text, and calls to provide structured guidance and timeline updates.
• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operational workflows required to run the student training program smoothly.
• Mentorship: Guide trainees in developing an entrepreneurial mindset and support them through their business launch phase.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess trainee performance, write constructive feedback, and make graduation decisions to maintain high program standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of professional work experience is preferred.
