What is an AR Caller Role?

For candidates unfamiliar with the domain, an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller plays a bridge role between medical service providers in the US and international insurance firms. Your core focus is to ensure that medical claims are cleared smoothly without systemic delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Claim Follow-ups: Communicate directly with US healthcare insurance payers to track outstanding or delayed claims.
• Denial Analysis: Evaluate why specific insurance claims were denied or rejected, and take corrective actions to fix them.
• Payment Coordination: Work closely with international payers to resolve invoicing disputes and secure timely payments.
• Documentation: Keep rigorous, systematic logs of all claims processing steps and stakeholder calls.

Eligibility Criteria & Candidate Profile

• Education Requirements: Open to any graduate stream, though candidates holding a degree in B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or BA are highly preferred. The candidate must have graduated in 2023 or later.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication is mandatory, as you will interact with international insurance representatives.
• Shift Flexibility: Since operations align with US business hours, candidates must be completely comfortable working regular night shifts.
