Job Overview

Job Description & Core Responsibilities

As a Trainee Process Consultant at Sagility, you will be part of the international healthcare backend operations team. Your daily tasks will include:

• Claims Processing: Reviewing, verifying, and processing international healthcare claims according to defined client guidelines.
• Policy Compliance: Understanding professional standards, operational policies, and procedures before executing data decisions.
• Quality SLA Adherence: Meeting daily productivity targets while strictly maintaining data accuracy, security, and quality audit benchmarks.

Strict Eligibility Criteria

Sagility has specific education constraints for this specific drive. Please check your eligibility carefully before walking in:

• Eligible Degrees: Arts & Science graduates only (BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA).
• Batch Eligibility: 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs. Note: 2026 batch candidates must have their final results already declared to be eligible.
• Education Track: A strict minimum of 15 years of continuous formal education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation) is mandatory.
• Who is NOT Eligible? BE, B.Tech, Postgraduates (PG), and Diploma holders are explicitly not eligible for this drive.

Desired Skills

• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong computer navigation skills along with decent typing speed.
• Complete comfort with working regular rotational night shifts.
