Compensation & Stipend Structure
Wipro offers a structured, incremental stipend package over a 4-year tenure, supplemented by a generous sign-on bonus:
- 1st Year Stipend: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
- 2nd Year Stipend: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
- 3rd Year Stipend: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
- 4th Year Stipend: ₹23,000 per month
- Additional Cash Bonus: ₹75,000 Joining Bonus paid out alongside your first month’s stipend.
⚠️ Service Agreement Note: A 60-month (5 years) service agreement applies. If an employee decides to leave the organization before this timeframe, a maximum liability of ₹75,000 will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
Strict Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Inclusions
- Eligible Degrees: Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc).
- Allowed Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Application, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.
- Academic Threshold: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above in graduation. 10th and 12th standards must be successfully cleared (Pass).
- Core Mathematics Rule: It is mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as a subject during graduation. Business Maths or Applied Maths will NOT be accepted.
2. Education Gaps & Parameters
- Academic Gaps: A maximum of 3 years of total gap is permitted between the 10th standard and the start of graduation.
- Graduation Timeline: Strictly no gaps allowed during graduation. The course must be completed natively within 3 years.
- Distance Learning: Open school or distance education models are permitted for 10th & 12th standards only, not for graduation.
- Backlog Constraints: A maximum of 1 active backlog is allowed at the exact time of taking the online assessment. However, candidates must clear it before their 6th-semester results are finalized.
3. General Rules
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Open to Indian citizens, PIO, or OCI cardholders. Nationals of Nepal and Bhutan must submit valid citizenship certificates.
- Candidates must observe a 3-month cool-off period if they previously appeared for any Wipro selection processes.
Selection & Assessment Framework
The recruitment process will be entirely managed virtually via the Superset platform through three key performance gates:
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes Total)
- Verbal Ability Section: 20 Questions | 20 Minutes
- Analytical Section: 20 Questions | 20 Minutes
- Quantitative Section: 20 Questions | 20 Minutes
- Written Ability Test (Essay/Drafting): 20 Minutes
Round 2: English Voice Assessment (20 Minutes)
Evaluating basic verbal pacing, pronunciation, and operational conversational grammar.
Round 3: Business Discussion
A face-to-face virtual technical and situational panel interview. Successful clearers will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by mandatory pre-skilling training and assessment prior to receiving the final offer letter.
