Eligibility Criteria & Job Requirements
Jio’s recruitment team has outlined strict structural baselines for this remote drive. Candidates must fulfill the following parameters to clear initial screening:
- Educational Qualification: Must possess a completed Bachelor’s Degree. Please note that students currently pursuing their graduation are not eligible for this drive.
- Experience Baseline: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO environment (Voice or Non-Voice). This experience must be verifiable with proper documentation (“on paper”). Prior exposure to an international BPO setup is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory to handle multi-channel client inquiries.
- Infrastructure Requirements: Candidates must own a reliable laptop or desktop setup along with a stable, high-speed broadband internet connection at home.
Work Schedule & Operational Shifts
- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
- Shift Patterns: Operational on a rotational shift schedule, which completely includes mandatory night shift blocks.
Key Responsibilities
Selected customer support advisors will manage frontline operations across a dynamic, blended workflow:
- Multi-Channel Resolution: Providing clear, end-to-end resolutions to user issues across live web chat, structured emails, and telephonic channels.
- Call Handling: Alternating efficiently between incoming consumer queries (inbound) and outgoing follow-ups (outbound voice processes).
- Customer Retention: Delivering high-quality customer service to uphold user satisfaction across Jio’s expansive network ecosystem.
