1.Document Check:Before leaving home.

2.Arrive at the Center:10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Reach the Karuna Pride facility in Bendoor, Mangaluru during the operational interview hours (10 AM to 2 PM). Proceed to the 2nd floor and register your name with the reception desk to get an interview token.
3.HR Screening Round:On-site evaluation.
Participate in the initial screening where the HR representative will verify your educational status (confirming you aren’t currently studying) and test your chosen language combination (English + Regional language).
4.Operational Interview:Final round.
Complete the final voice evaluation round focusing on your problem-solving capabilities, adaptability to a 6-day shift roster, and general computer navigation skills.
