Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee within the Data Center Practice, you will assist core engineering teams in setting up digital infrastructure layouts:

• AutoCAD Drafting: Prepare, refine, and update technical engineering drawings using AutoCAD (2D).
• Project Documentation: Assist in the structural design and documentation of large-scale Data Center projects.
• Layout Design: Prepare complex equipment layouts, precise cable routing drawings, and engineering blueprints.
• Revision Tracking: Maintain detailed project records, track drawing revisions, and ensure compliance with global quality and safety standards.
• Site Visits: Participate in operational site visits as required to ensure real-world alignment with engineering designs.

Eligibility Criteria & Skill Framework

To clear the initial screening round, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Mechanical Engineering strictly.
• Technical Value-Add: Basic foundational knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) drafting and a strong ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Soft Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to cooperate within global, multidisciplinary teams.
• Tools: Basic proficiency with MS Office utilities (Word, Excel).
