Key Roles & Responsibilities

As an Acquisition Manager focusing on CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), your core mission will be expanding the bank’s retail customer footprint through proactive market outreach:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new retail and corporate customers through field visits, open market networking, and strategic leads.
  • KYC & Onboarding: Complete standard documentation, verify identity proofs (KYC process), and manage the end-to-end account activation cycle efficiently.
  • Portfolio Driving: Meet monthly business development targets and encourage newly onboarded customers to maintain active account balances.
  • Cross-Selling: Introduce and pitch cross-functional banking products, including customized loans, insurance policies, and mutual fund portfolios, to boost the customer relationship value.

Eligibility Criteria & Core Requirements

  • Education: Open to Any Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Experience Baseline: 0 to 1 year of experience. Candidates with 6 months to a year of experience in field sales or direct retail sales will be highly preferred.
